El pasado domingo me llevaron al famoso bar de las claras oscuras de Sarria. Bar frecuentado antanyo por jugadores del Barsa ( en algun sitio tiene que comer ) y que como vereis mas adelante, tiene muchos alicientes…

Puntos como la camarera all-bran que nos obsequio con un "no llevo cinturon", y se arremangaba los pantalones cada 5 minutos mientras preparaba los bocadillos…

y acabando por el bocadillo de pollo que nos sirvio, que estaba OK, como el nombre del bar, pero que tenia trozos de pollo crudos… Bueno espero que no haya pillado la salmonela…

En bar a dejaban fumar (que atraso) y se me metia el humo carcicoide por lo ojos… Espanya es el unico pais de la UE que dejan hacer estas guarrerias en publico… ni siquiera en Portugal se permite ya…

Otros detalles, pues los labavos estan muy usados…

Positivity. This is the most important thing in practicing any magic. You have to have clear purpose and believe strongly that your magic work. Interesting thing is,there is no such a thing like POSITIVITY. The POSITIVITY means the ABSENCE OF NEGATIVITY. You must  always remember that.

So, here, to check yourself if you are negative or not, I show several example of negativitys.

1, Trying to believe anything. Do you have tendency of trying to understand things with the basic common sense only and avoinding understanding with your own philosophy? That creats a false faith. It means you are lying to yourself with saying ‘I believe’ in spite of still suspecting it. So you cant believe in your own magic in this state.The real belief never fail to come from the true conviction.

2.Worshiping a kind of hero. Do you have a tendency of believing that a someone like mesia or hero will improve your life and you are not capable to do it by yourself? That will create the absence of the strong belief to yourself that makes any dream come true.

3.Playing Video game or kind of Role Playing Game too much. You shouldnt accomplish your purpose in the virtual world if you want to make a great success in the real world.Your strong concentration and imagination are limited. Plus,you cant have strong will to achieve the goal with your satisfied mind in another thing like the virtual world. You should be always enough hungry to your real purpose.That create strong will.

If you possess any of these points, better giving up not only magic but also a successful life. Or quit these points. The choice is always yours.

In this world, there are various style of magic. Each magic has their own history and thoery constructed by their study about nature. And their forms are so different from one to another.

But there is a absolute principle which is common to those magics of all over the world. Its EXTREME CONCENTRATION AND IMAGINATION.

Both are indispensable. But the concentration is the base of all magic. So, every magicians train their concentration at first before starting their esoteric tecnic. There are varios form of training which enhance the mental concentration. But, I want to give you the most popular exercise for Taoist. Needless to say, not only for Taoism, but also,this exercise is very effective for every magic or spell.

1. Mark a circle of 1mm diameter on the wall(the Wall should be one color.white is the best)

2.Sit or stand(Comfortable way is recommended) 3m far from that circle.

3.Gaze at the circle at least 30minutes without thinking anything.

Of course, at first, you cant even keep on looking at it 3 minutes without thinking anything. But gradualy,you will get looking at it without any thought longer and longer. Then you will see any ilusion like moving the circle or changing the color of the wall…etc. But, you must keep on looking at it ignoring these phenomenon. And Finaly,you will end up with seeing that circle 30cm of diameter! Some people take months to reach that level and other take about a year. But soon or later, you will reach at that level. If you dont give up and keep on doing it everyday….

Once you reach at this level, you have 80% enough to be a magician.

We often hear this word and say this. Normaly, it implys the people who are lazy or dont cooperate to team work….etc. So, Are these people really non-productive to our society?

I read an interesting reserch about The work of Ants in which they compare two colonies about the result of their work.

One colony has 90% of individuals who never fail to follow up the pheromone left by those ants who found out the food. So to speak, its a society which contain ‘useful’ individuals.

To the contarary another colony has 50% of individulas who dont follow up that pheromone regulary. This time, its another society which contain ‘Useless’ individuals.

Then they put various foods in different locations around each colony. I mean these two colonies conditions were same. So, which could gather those foods faster?

Surprisingly,the later one got better results in all 5 times they tested.

Interesting. Why? The reason was this: Since  those ‘useful’ individuals of first colony never fail to follow up the first ants which found out a food, there is less possibility to find out another foods. On the other hand, those ‘useless’ individuals of the later one can find out those foods in new locations becasuse of their not following up the pheromone strictly. And these ‘useless’ individuals leave their pheromone for those minority ‘useful’ individuals of their colony who follow up very well.

The conclusion was that. The colony which has good percentage of  ‘useless’ and ‘useful’ individuals produce good result.

How is the case of human society?

Since 1988, I have been in Bodybuilding and I saw numerous doping in these years and saw various cases about it. Everybody say that those steroids are absolutely effective. But I see very few people making good result from steroid. And that really made me thinking and suspecting that. And I have observed the diferrence between those who get good result and bad result.

Of course, there was a noticeable difference between them when it comes to training and diet. But, the most noticeable difference was the mental attitude.

Lately, on a famous Bodybuilding forum, a person made a thread and asking me for my philosophy about training. In that thread, from my observation and experiences referd above, I was emphasizing about the mind effect to the body which occupys actualy almost 100% of the factors of the muscle growth.

About the cases of the mind effect toward the physic, there was an unbelievable case posted by a member of that bodybuilding board. And here it is.

‘A guy was once caught in a container on a transport ship while he was working. He was caught on what he thought was a frozen container used to carry produce, refreshed to a cool -10 degrees celcius. Somebody had locked the door on him by accident.
He was found 2 days later dead by hypothermia and the guy had written up his agonizing cold related pain in his notebook.
It was later found out that the container was never turned on and the temperature was a comfortable 10 degrees celcius.
Belief is everything! ‘

And this is the case that i heard before and i posted it:

‘A doctor was talking with a woman. And he was holding a hot pot of coffee. And the doctor said her to cover her eyes.
Then the doctor took a bottle of cool water and pour on her hand.
She was screaming for the cool water misunderstanding it was a hot coffee and BURNED HER HAND.’

These story told us how dominant factor the mental matter is for the transformation of our physic. From the past Bodybuilding, even Arnold Schwarzennegger was emphasizing the importance of imagination to build a physic.

So to speak, doing doping without using the mental power is like using the cross without the belief in front of a vampire. Simply, it doesnt work.

So why we dont do more effort to controle the underconciousness to create the mental power without doping or before doping?

Not only bodybuilding,but also, this is the most important matter in everything for making great success in our life.

About the reincarnation, we can find out any infomations in any book stores and the internet. And many cases like the memory about the last life are informed.Some are fakes and other look like real. If we debate about the credibility of those informations, we cant end the debate for sure. So here, I dont talk about the credibility. In stead, we decide the existance of the reincarnation as a defenition this time.

The other day, i was watching at the movile phone and thinking about the structure of reincarnation.

If you have a movile phone and you use that movile phone for your gilr/boy friend only, you can always hear the voice which express the mind of your girl/boy friend. And if you break that phone one day, your girl/boy friend die?

Hell no! Maybe you will buy a new mobile phone and keep on talking to that phone to communicate with your lovely person.

Here we put the movile phone as a body and the emitter of the voice as a ’spirit’ or conciousness.

In this way of thinking,we can assume that we are in a huge data bank far away from here and act through the device called body in here.

In this structure, even if the information device(body) is broken, buy a new one (Reincarnation) to activate the informations in the data base(Spirits,Soul,Conciousness, whatever you name it…). Thats it.

Interesting crazy idea huh?

In many religions, you can go to heaven if you correspond well to those doctorines(The hope of God… we suppose…). And so these religious people try to get the reward called heaven. And they try to burn out their life and get out from here.

But wait, How many people had contemplated the defenition of heaven??

There is a interesting story here.

There was a priest who worked for God day and night. And he was a eager to follow the bible way and very industrious guy. He got old gradualy and died naturaly. Then he founded himself in a castle. There were many servants around him and looked like they were his servants and the castle belonged to him.

He thought,”Well, since i was a good priest when i was alive,I believe God has just sent me a heaven!”. The besutiful castle, many servants, delicious foods…really looking like heaven. And these servants did everything for him……yeah……EVERYTHING.

Then this priest spent good time in there few weeks and one day, he wanted to pour the water to a plant. But, suddenly, a servant appear and pour water to it.Ok ok…Then he wanted to paint the wall by himself, then suddenly another servant appeared and he begans to paint it and didnt let the priest to do it. This kind of situation continued several days and finaly, He got angry and said…….

“What kind of heaven is this!?I cant even work!?”

Then a servant looked at him with his curious face and said

 ”Heaven? No no this is a hell.”

Hahahahahahhahaha!!! Its a nice joke. What i mean by that is: We cant even define our happiness. Even if you are happy at the moment, YOU GET BORED. So our mind cant stand with the routine and boredom. And our mind need good time and bad time alternatively and constantly.

Why you are happy? Cus you are comparing with your unhappy time. If there is no comparison, we cant verify anything.

Sorry to make your day very dark…. But its reality. Its a nature of universe. But, i know how to get out of this..

The word Yin and Yang are the word of Taoism. Taoism is more a philophy than a religion. There is a big difference between a philosophy and a religion.

The philosophy is for questing the absolute truth and never ask us or oblige us to do some doctorine based on some concepts. So to speak, a philosopher suspect and ask questions to even a god who create universe if he exists. And a philosopher thinks about and suspect for the base of concept itself.

To the contrary,the religion is the concept based on another concept. And the people try to act or accomplish those doctorine based on a concept. So, in a religion, we should never ask or suspect about that concept or our god. So to speak, the base concept has absolute power which nobody can deny in a religion.

In my opinion, the general occidental concept about Yin and Yang looks like a concept of a religion. Because it is often expressed as The balance or the harmony…etc. Then I think ‘What is that Balance for? What is that harmony for?’ And it looks like they think keeping the balance is important for the peace or something. In this case, the pease meaning the opposite of death. So,they think  keeping the balance for Yin and Yang bring good life. You can see a concept saying ‘ Life is good, Dead is bad’.

But as i said before, the taoism is a philosophy and there is no such a concept like Good and bad. And the life or the exisitance dont have more value than the death or non-existance. So, then what is the meaning of Yin and Yang in Taoism?

The Yin and Yang concept is the science tool to persue the philosophy for Taoists.For understanding the mechanism of the existance, they created this concept.

And they devided all of  the matters of this universe with the character of Yin and Yang. So you will find this concept in everything. For example, this computer which i am typing is moved with Ying and Yang structure. It is 0 and 1. The music i listen is constructed with Yin and yang. Its the term with sound and another term of mute. The season has Ying and Yang.Winter to Summer. Before reaching summer, we have hot day and cool day. And the crucial Ying and Yang of this universe - Existing and Non-existing.

The interesting matter is, the existance of universe is constructed by the altervative movement of unbalanced Ying and Yang. And needless to say, when these two matters has their balance each other, these are no movement at all and………………………………………..The universe quit the existance!!

And Taoists and Buhdist call the total balanced pease the non-existing.

Hahahahaha! Do you still want the balance and pease  in Ying and Yang?

La Festa de la Rosa, evento tradicionalmente organizado por al agrupacion del Baix LLobregat desde tiempo ha, se celebro hoy sin grandes novedades y sin ZP en Gava, Barcelona. +6000 invitados, varios escenarios, flamenco, sardana y bailes populares. El escenario: la idilica Pineda de Gava, punteada, como no, por un cielo azul estrellado con un trajin de Boings y Airbus330s (camino de aterrizar en el aeropuerto del Prat) cuyos vuelos rasantes hacian las delicias de los mas pequenyos. "Zwhooosshhh… Zhwoooowssshh….mira mira… el avion…"

Y para los mas mayorcetes… la presencia, de Montilla ("Monty" para los amigos), Jordi Hereu que iba con un lazito negro y americana de pana oscura, Judit Masco y la comandate "Chucky" (aka, Carma Chacon)

Sonriente Jordi paso a saludar ( solo y sin armas) por todas las mesas con representantes de cada barrio de Barcelona (y se acordaba del nombre de casi todos los comensales). Por su lado "Monty" tambien iba saludando pero no solo sino rodeado de 4 matones del ultra secreto SSC (Servei Secret Catala, que como es secreto no es muy conocido). A Monty casi no se le veia porque estaba completamente rodeado de fans. Sobre todo mujeres que le decian… "pero que guapo" y cosas asi… y le tocaban los mofletes … y debia dolerle pero el tio nada… ahi sonriendo como siempre….

La mujer de Monty, muy eleganta, iba separada del bullico charlando con conocidos… Yo, por mi parte estuve almorzando en la agrupacion de Medi Ambient (M.A.) justo al ladito de la agrupacio de Sarria St. Gervasi donde Judit Masco, y sus 5 hij@s (dos de ell@s adoptados) almorzaban felizmente… En M.A que es una agrupacion emergente que mola mucho…

PD: El alcalde me firmo el libro Themen Neu 1 con mi boli del HSBC. Se ve que es zurdo.
